Terms governing online services and consultations provided by ANEMOSS ASESORÍA JURÍDICA S.L.

1. Provider identity

ANEMOSS ASESORÍA JURÍDICA S.L. (Spanish company tax ID (CIF) B23877970), with its registered office at 12590 Almenara, Castellón, Spain, provides legal advice and administrative support through this website.

2. Purpose and scope of the service

Services include legal guidance, document preparation, support with administrative applications and online legal consultations. General website content is provided for information only and does not replace an assessment of the individual case.

3. Information provided before purchase

Before payment, the client can review the service characteristics, final price, scope, provider identity and applicable legal documents clearly.

4. How to purchase a service

Services are purchased online. The client completes the relevant steps, reviews the price summary and confirms payment through Stripe.

After payment, a confirmation is displayed on screen and a reference number is generated for future enquiries.

The client must accept the relevant legal documents before payment. A record of that acceptance may be retained as evidence of compliance.

5. Price, payments and taxes

Prices are shown in EUR before payment. The client pays the final amount shown in the order summary. Any applicable taxes are charged in accordance with the relevant tax rules.

6. Providing the service

Anemoss begins providing the service in accordance with the agreed scope and its operational availability. Timelines may depend on documents supplied by the client, actions by third parties and processing times at public authorities.

7. Client obligations

The client must provide truthful information, sufficient documentation and diligent cooperation. Missing or incorrect data may affect the result, scope and timing of the engagement.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

The rules governing changes, cancellations, credits and refunds are set out in the Refunds and complaints policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

Anemoss is responsible for providing the agreed service in accordance with applicable law. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome when it depends on decisions made by public authorities or other third parties.

10. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

Anemoss may update these terms to reflect legal, technical or organizational changes. The version in force when the client purchases the service will apply.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, the competent courts and tribunals will be those determined by mandatory consumer rules.
